Can The Glenside arrange for amenities or gifts to be placed in the room?
Yes of course. If you are celebrating a special occasion and would like us to arrange flowers, Champagne, chocolate dipped strawberries or a bottle of wine for your room prior to check in please contact reception and we will be delighted to help.
Is there somewhere I can store my luggage at The Glenside?
Yes we can store your luggage prior to checking in and after checking-out.
Does The Glenside provide laundry service during my stay?
There is a laundry bag in your room. Should you require a laundry service please drop the laundry bag to reception before 10am for next day service.

Does The Glenside have lifts?
The Glenside is all on one level. There are no stairs or lifts.
What is The Glenside smoking policy?
All of our bedrooms and indoor public areas are non-smoking. We have a designated smoking area located in our gardens.
